I just fixed the speakers so I'm posting how I did it in case I forget:
Go to device manager
Click on Multimedia Audio Controller or something
Click Properties
Click Reinstall
Click "I will choose the device I want to install"
Click Sound And Audio Devices
Click Intel
Click Intel(r) 82801AA AC'97 Audio Controller
Okay I'm done.
